All aerial disciplines are great ways of building strength and flexibility while having fun. It can seem daunting at first, but our lovely team are here to support you and keep you safe as you progress through your aerial journey.
What are the different disciplines we teach?
Pole - learn to climb the pole, practice pole sits, and eventually invert upside down!
Aerial hoop - build your confidence and strength as you progress from basic sits all the way to hanging from the top bar
Silks - learn to climb up the silks, wrap your feet, and try out some elegant mid-air poses
